Keyball61+

The Keyball61+ is an improved version of the popular Keyball61. It comes with two clickable scroll wheels, one per side, replacing the switch below the controller - so in total there are still 61 keys. The wheels remove the need for drag scrolling with the trackball (or map them to anything else you like). Its hotswap footprint is a first for our keyboards: every position can carry MX or Kailh choc v2 sockets, so you can have it built full-height or low-profile. Pick your switch type at checkout - the sockets are installed to match, and can't be swapped later.

Unlike our other keyboards, the Keyball61+ ships soldered by default: the microcontrollers, the per-key and underglow RGB LEDs, and all SMD components arrive pre-soldered. No soldering iron needed - mount your switches, keycaps and trackball and start typing. Configured like-for-like, more comes included than with a Keyball61, at a lower total price. Prefer zero assembly? Upgrade to a fully assembled build for just the difference in price. (There's no kit version - soldered is the starting point.)

The base price includes:

• 2 x RP2040 microcontrollers
